Getting Started with the Apps

1. Download the Anytime Fitness App

Download the Anytime Fitness App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Connect Your Membership

Create and activate your account using your Access Key or phone number.

3. Download Anytime Workouts

Tap the Workouts icon at the bottom of your screen to download the Anytime Workouts companion app.

If you are having difficulty downloading the app or logging on, here are some helpful hints and tips to get you up and running.

Download Issues

  • Check you are on the NZ app store.
  • Check you have the available space on your device (80 MB per app).

Difficulty Logging On

  • Ensure you have first downloaded and logged into the Anytime Fitness App.
  • If you have forgotten your password, follow the reset password link.
  • Ensure you are using the same details that are linked to your membership.
