To promote wellness during this unprecedented time as we are in lockdown in Aotearoa, we want to encourage you to stay active, care for yourself, and care for each other. Paired with the workouts will be weekly wellness challenges, plus we’ll have quotes, recipes and nutrition tips on our social media pages where you can also ask our trainers any questions about the workouts.
