PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Anytime Fitness NZ — 16th Birthday Sale & Giveaway
Sale Period: 1 August 2026 – 16 August 2026
1. Promotion
The promoter is Anytime NZ Limited (Promoter).
These terms and conditions (Promotion Rules) apply to the Anytime Fitness NZ 16th Birthday Sale promotion (Promotion), which runs from 1 August 2026 to 16 August 2026 inclusive (Sale Period) and includes an associated prize draw (Giveaway). The Promotion Rules, along with any additional rules published on the Promoter’s website at www.anytimefitness.co.nz and social media pages, govern participation in the Promotion.
By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees to be bound by these Promotion Rules.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion and/or the Promotion Rules where reasonably necessary. Any such cancellation or changes will be published on the Promoter’s website or social media pages.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Promotion, the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
2. Sale Offer
During the Sale Period, eligible new members who sign up to a 12-month or 18-month Healthy Habits Membership at a participating Anytime Fitness New Zealand club will receive the following offer:
- $16 join fee (standard join fees waived for the duration of the Sale Period)
- 4 weeks free membership included with eligible sign-ups
Access Pass / Key Fob fees are not included in the Promotion and will still be payable by the member upon sign-up at the standard rate applicable to their club.
The sale offer is available at participating Anytime Fitness New Zealand clubs only and is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or vary the offer at any time.
3. Giveaway Prize
One (1) prize is available to be won:
- A $5,000 My Holiday travel voucher, redeemable for a trip for two (2) to Fiji or, at the winner’s election, a trip of equal value to a destination of the winner’s choosing (Prize). Any additional costs are the responsibility of the the winner.
The Prize is proudly donated by Vitaco Health (NZ) Ltd (Sponsor). The Promoter gratefully acknowledges Musashi NZ’s contribution to the Promotion.
The Promoter will endeavour to provide the Prize as described; however reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equivalent value if required.
The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to the terms and conditions of My Holiday.
The recipient of the Prize accepts it entirely at their own discretion and risk. The Promoter is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused in connection with the Prize or its use.
4. How to Enter the Giveaway
Entry into the Giveaway is automatic. All new members who sign up to a 12-month or 18-month Healthy Habits Membership at a participating Anytime Fitness New Zealand club during the Sale Period (1 August 2026 – 16 August 2026 inclusive) will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
There is one (1) automatic entry per eligible sign-up. No purchase beyond the eligible membership sign-up is required to enter.
5. Entry Qualifications
To be eligible to enter the Giveaway, a participant must:
- Be a resident of New Zealand at the time of entry;
- Be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry;
- Sign up to a 12-month or 18-month Healthy Habits Membership at a participating Anytime Fitness New Zealand club during the Sale Period.
Employees, directors, and other staff or representatives of the Promoter or Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling), are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who submits false or fraudulent information.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries following the close of the Sale Period.
The winner will be notified by email from marketing@anytimefitness.co.nz no later than Friday 22 August 2026.
The winner must respond to the notification email and claim their Prize by Friday 29 August 2026. If the Promoter has not received a response from the winner by this date, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The Promoter’s determination of the winner is final and binding.
7. Privacy
The Promoter will comply with its obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 and its Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.anytimefitness.co.nz/privacy-policy/, in connection with the Promotion.
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and contacting the winner. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to their personal information being used for these purposes.
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and consents to the use of their name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies exclude all liability for any injury, loss, or damage suffered or incurred by any participant in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to any prize or its use.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, delayed, or incomplete entries. Entries that are incomplete or otherwise invalid may be disqualified.
The Promoter may disqualify any participant who breaches these Promotion Rules or who submits false or fraudulent information.
9. Governing Law
These Promotion Rules are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts in relation to any dispute arising in connection with the Promotion.
