Hey! I'm Jade, the Club Manager here at The Lakes! My passion for sports and fitness started at a young age when I began competing in track and field events. From early on I knew I wanted to share the benefits of movement and exercise with others. Over the past decade I've worked as a Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Coach, helping people of all backgrounds and abilities smash their goals. Like many others, my fitness journey has included highs and lows, setbacks and challenges, but my drive to inspire others has always kept me going. Outside the gym, I love long hikes, mountaineering and other outdoor pursuits that challenge my mind and body. I'm excited to continue building a community of like-minded individuals here at The Lakes, where we can all grow stronger together!

I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident and genuinely good in themselves , whether you’re completely new to the gym or looking to take your training to the next level. I’ve worked with women and men of all ages and abilities, and I believe fitness should be realistic, enjoyable and sustainable. My approach is about building strength, creating healthy habits and finding a way of training that fits into your life not taking over it. As a coach, I’m big on accountability, encouragement and making people feel comfortable in the gym. I’m here to help you feel confident, supported and proud of what you’re capable of. I’ve got a background in strength and conditioning, and I’m big on long-term progress. Whether you’re starting out or ready to take things to the next level, I’ll help you train with purpose and confidence. Outside of the gym, I’m a musician and performer. I produce drum and bass under the name Tazzy and also create and perform original music as Tazman Jack. After years in the music industry, I felt drawn to something more purposeful, leading me to study Psychology and Human Performance Science with a Philosophy minor. Joining the team perfectly complements my studies. My days start with a run, swim, pilates, or gym session before uni, then work at the gym and evenings at church. I’m outdoorsy, musical, and love spontaneous adventures like tramping, camping, and road trips. My passion is helping others discover their potential and celebrating their growth inside and outside the gym.
