Damien has been training for the better part of his life starting from a young age playing rugby all they way up until high school and in the process found a passion for martial arts which he excelled at for the last 14 years. He begun his profession as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and a boxfit coach in 2019 and loves what he does. Along with his qualifications Damien brings an electric energy with him wherever he goes. He loves helping people reach their goals through consistency, determination, and perseverance. Assisting people in unlocking their true potential is what he does. He can’t wait to work with you all and see the life changing benefits that will follow.
