She is super lovely and itโ€™s always a good chat with her! ๐Ÿ˜Š She is currently studying to become a Paramedic. Here is her story: ๐Ÿ‘‰WHY?๐Ÿ‘ˆ She trains to keep up her fitness levels for netball as part of the Northern Zone Performance Program. She trains twice a week for netball and on other days she will get in her gym training to maintain and improve her fitness. With the stresses of studies and exams, she also uses the gym as a great stress reliever. ๐Ÿ‘‰MOTIVATION?๐Ÿ‘ˆ Her main motivation at the moment is her training for netball so she will be able to trial for Beko League. ๐Ÿ‘‰HOW?๐Ÿ‘ˆ Kathryn is human like all of us and still has her struggles to find motivation on some days, but what really helps her is our classes. The fact that they are on Mon-Thurs and are just 30mins helps with her motivation and accountability. She finds that once sheโ€™s here sheโ€™s all good and will usually end up continuing her training after the class. Also the healthy competition between her and her brother, Michael, usually helps too! ๐Ÿ˜œ ๐Ÿ‘‰WHY ANYTIME FITNESS WHANGAPARAOA?๐Ÿ‘ˆ The 24/7 aspect is really helpful for her as itโ€™s convenient and thereโ€™s less room for excuses when you can come anytime. She finds itโ€™s less intimidating here and everyone just does their own thing.
