November EOY Sale Terms and Conditions 2025
Organised and sponsored by Anytime Fitness NZ (“Sponsor”).

1. Eligibility

1.1 The November Sale 2025 is open to all new members of Anytime Fitness NZ and previous members rejoining since their last membership ended. Current members are excluded from the sale offer.
1.2 Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only and aligns with Anytime Fitness membership terms and conditions.
1.3 Individual Anytime Fitness clubs may opt out of the national promotion. Clubs will confirm participation and availability of the offer upon enquiry.

2. Sale Period

2.1 The Sale starts on 1 November 2025 at 12:00 a.m. New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT) and concludes on 30 November 2025 at 11:59 p.m. NZDT (“Sale Period”).

3. Sale Offer

3.1 No joining fee applies to all new memberships purchased during the Sale Period.
3.2 Members who join on a Healthy Habits 12-month or 18-month membership will pay no membership fees until 2026.
3.3 The Access Pass Fee applies and is payable at the price set by the participating club.
3.4 Offer valid only during the Sale Period and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
3.5 Offer available at participating Anytime Fitness clubs across New Zealand only.

4. Data Protection

4.1 Personal data provided by participants will be managed strictly in alignment with the Anytime Fitness NZ Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

5. Changes and Termination

5.1 Anytime Fitness NZ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the November Sale 2025 promotion or its terms without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Anytime Fitness NZ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotional partners shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from or related to the Sale.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
7.2 Any disputes arising from or related to the Sale will be exclusively adjudicated in the New Zealand courts.
