I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years involved in all aspects of the industry. I believe there is no better place to work, helping people become better versions of themselves is extremely rewarding. Having experienced it myself in the past, one of the hardest experience's in the world is going to the gym for the very first time and not knowing what to expect. My goal on a daily basis is to try break down that barrier to get people moving their body's and feeling better mentally and physically.
